Easy to cut and fit to a clean surface.
Peel off backing paper, locate and apply pressure.
Use black product PU s/a edging tape to seal cut edges that are butt jointed together. 
For solving noise problems fit to the inside of  a cover / enclosure and this product will help reduce transmitted noise.
